Luxembourg is officially called the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The capital is Luxembourg. It is a landlocked country in Western Europe and bordered by Belgium, France, and Germany. The country is a representative democracy with a constitutional monarch, and it is headed by a grand duke. This makes Luxembourg the world's only remaining grand duchy.
